Cherry Barton

Inside

This detached barn conversion was originally a block barn built to house a small herd of cows. Named after an ancient cherry tree, planted by old Bill, which had to be removed during the building work.

Now a lovely, welcoming home, a young cherry tree is now newly planted in  the garden.

The garden wraps around three sides of the property with a hedge bank bordering the north side.

There is parking for two cars.

The airy kitchen living space with wood burner has oak utility cupboards and further oak storage cupboards as well as double door access into the garden.

The hallway leads to an en-suite bedroom with built in oak wardrobe,  bath and separate walk-in shower and a further two bedrooms and separate  bathroom.

Its semi vaulted ceilings, roof lights and exposed beams bring light, space and character to this lovely conversion.

Cabled ready for sky and data networks.
