Spend some time taking in the beauty of the traditional cottages in and around Bradworthy and you will notice how the softly rendered external walls are painted in off white shades. The windows are sat on thick, natural slate sills and come in an array of colours, from grey, to green, to black, although more commonly they are of classic white.

Pretty front gardens are bordered by flowers and low picket fences with paths to the painted front door.
