Should you wish to reserve a barn, to hold it and have it removed from the market, there is a formal reservation process via a reservation agreement whereupon the sum of a £10,000 deposit will hold your barn for you at the agreed price.
This goes against your deposit on exchange. It is a non-refundable amount unless we, as the builders, default on our part of the agreement.
The reservation document is currently being updated by our legal team and will be uploaded here as soon as it becomes available.
Alterations to our plans and specification
As regards any additional work or alterations to the plans, such as built-in wardrobes, or a variation on the kitchen units, sockets, lighting etc., as long as it is feasible to do so, we will be happy to accommodate these.
This work will be priced individually and paid for before commencement. At the same time, an additional and equal amount will be required to be deposited with the reservation fee, if for any reason you decide not to go ahead, thus enabling your personal alterations to be returned to the original plan. This additional set aside sum would also go against your deposit on exchange of contracts.
