Gardens and Paddocks

Drainage and Sewerage

We have installed a sewerage treatment plant at Tredown which is shared by all five properties. For more information, please click on the pipe icon.

Gas, Heating and  Electricity

Underfloor heating runs throughout the ground floor of every barn conversion. For further details click on the flame icon.

Interior Design

The interiors of Tredown Barns will be of the same standard and quality as all Wrenwood barn conversions. Our gallery shows our finished barns completed a couple of years ago. Click on the home icon to see more detail.


We have ensured that each barn has designated parking spaces for multiple vehicles, including a facility for parking something larger, such as a motorhome, horsebox or boat. Click the icon for more information.

Water Supply

A borehole supplies the water to each barn conversion at Tredown. For more information, please click on the raindrop icon.

Garages and Workshops

The individual garages and workshops are all housed together in a separate building to the rear of the barns. They all have plenty of power sockets and the capacity for an electric charging point. Click on the spanner for more detail.

Shared Maintenance

The shared driveway and bore hole will require a small amount of maintenance and costs will be split between the five barns. Click on the icon for more information.
